The PCE-HM 2000 is a heating mantle for heating samples and fluids in the laboratory. The round-bottom flask sits in a crocheted net inside the mantle and is heated by a heating element underneath. It takes round-bottom flasks of up to 2000 ml.
Heating power is 450 W and the temperature range is 0 ... 450 °C. The heat-up time is short, even for a full 2 litres. The temperature is set steplessly with a rotary switch and held by the integrated controller.
