The PCE-WT1N is a handheld moisture meter for sawdust and other biomass. It measures absolute moisture (in % H2O) by the electrical resistance method on sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips, hay and straw.
Fill the robust measuring chamber, press the sample, select the material type and read the moisture value. Sample quantity is up to approx. 120 cm³. The meter is used for outgoing control at sawmills and for incoming inspection at pelleting plants, heating briquette manufacturers and other production sites. It is factory calibrated.
