Sawdust Moisture Meter PCE-WT1N/ Measurement (in % H2O) with robust measuring chamber and easy operation
The moisture meter determines the absolute moisture of sawdust and other types of biomass such as wood shavings, hay, straw. Its design makes the operation quick and easy. The user places sawdust in the moisture meter chamber, the sample is pressed into the device and after selecting the sample type on the moisture meter, it is compressed until the red ring appears on the chamber lid. Then the user adjusts the sample temperature and after 2-3 seconds the moisture reading appears on the display. The sawdust moisture detector determines moisture using the electrical resistance method.
The moisture detector is used in applications such as checking and inspecting sawmill outputs and inputs in pelletizing plants, briquette manufacturers, and other production sectors.
