The PCE-PSR light meter is a high-precision spectrometer built for the most demanding light measurements. A spectral resolution of ±0.2 nm and a reproducibility of ±0.5 nm deliver consistent, reliable results, while a chromaticity coordinate accuracy (Δx, Δy) of ±0.005 allows the colour of the light to be captured exactly.

With an illuminance range of 5 … 500,000 lux and an accuracy of ±0.1 lux it covers both weak light sources and extremely bright environments. Correlated colour temperature (CCT) measurement from 1,500 K to 100,000 K with a deviation of ±0.6 % allows a detailed assessment of lighting quality.

The capacitive 5-inch IPS touch screen offers intuitive operation and clear readout even in difficult lighting conditions. The integrated rechargeable 4000 mAh lithium-ion battery gives up to 20 hours of operation, and the 8 GB internal memory stores approximately 5,000 measurements on the device itself.

Data is exported as csv and pdf files, and the accompanying PC software allows measurements to be transferred, analysed and archived.

Available in two models: the PCE-PSR 100 (spectral range 380 … 780 nm) for visible-light measurement, and the PCE-PSR 200 (spectral range 350 … 800 nm), which additionally calculates PPFD and PAR — parameters required for plant lighting in greenhouses and vertical farming systems.
