Starrett's Adjustable Parallel Blocks provide a wide range of uses in setups, measurements, inspections, and adjustments on various machining tools. Their adjustable feature allows precise setting with the help of a micrometer, and they can be used instead of many fixed-type parallel blocks. They are useful as gauges for checking the size of grooves and openings. They are also convenient for use in machine vises, for aligning or adjusting tasks in milling setups, grinding machines, planers, drills, and many other applications. The parallel blocks slide smoothly and adjust easily. The smaller sizes A, B, and C lock with one screw, while the larger sizes D, E, and F have two locking screws. All parallel blocks have a thickness of 9/32" (7mm).
