Description

Dynamometer with internal measuring cell up to 1000 N / various alarm modes / graphic display / data logger / incl. software

The dynamometer can be used to measure both tensile and compressive forces with high accuracy. Tensile and compressive forces are often measured in the test laboratory. For example, to determine the yield point, the tear-off force or the force required to actuate buttons or switches. The device has an internal measuring cell and can measure forces up to 1000 N. Various eyelets or hooks with M6 threads can be attached to the measuring cells. It is also possible to attach your own devices to the measuring cell with these threads.

The internal memory of 32 GB offers space for 30 million measuring points. This allows measurement logs to be created, saved and exported. The dynamometer has a USB-C interface that can be used to read the measurement data into the PC software. The dynamometer is equipped with a graphic LCD that displays the measured values both numerically and graphically. In addition, a bar chart shows the measured value in the selected measuring range. Various force test stands are available for adapting the force transducer.

Dynamometers Newtonmeters

From our Wiki

Dynamometers Newtonmeters

The dynamometers are measuring instruments used to determine the tensile or compressive force applied to a body. Their operation is usually based on the deformation of a spring or the use of electronic load cells (load cells), converting mechanical stress into a measurable unit of force, the Newton (N).

  • Types: They are classified into analog (spring) for simple applications and digital for high-accuracy measurements with data logging capability.
  • Applications: Essential for material tensile tests, spring quality control, door closing force measurement, and laboratory physics experiments.
  • Features: They offer Peak Hold function to retain the maximum value and the ability to switch units between Newton, kilograms (kg) and pounds (lb).
