The TF-106 is a stainless steel penetration and immersion sensor with a Type K thermocouple. It measures temperature in liquids, semi-solid media and air up to 600 °C / 1112 °F with an accuracy of ± 1.5 °C.
The probe is Ø 3.0 mm and 130 mm long, so it can be pushed into soft products or dipped into liquids. A handle and a 1 m spiral cable allow easy handling and connection to a K-type measuring instrument.
