The PCE-VT 1100 is a hand-held vibration meter. It measures vibration acceleration, velocity and displacement on machines and systems. Use it on site to check a machine's current condition. You can then make adjustments and check the new condition straight away. It gives relative readings, so you can compare different machines.

It is mainly used for preventive maintenance of production machines. It is often used to check the condition of smaller electric motors.

Vibration Meters

Vibration meters (vibration meters) are predictive maintenance instruments that record mechanical vibrations in rotating machinery. They are used for early fault diagnosis by analyzing acceleration, velocity, and displacement, enabling the identification of problems before they lead to catastrophic failure or production downtime.

  • Analysis Parameters: They measure vibration magnitude (RMS) and peak (Peak), while advanced models perform frequency analysis FFT.
  • Applications: Ideal for checking motors, pumps, fans, and bearings in industrial facilities.
