Description

The RD2 form rolling tool is used for profile forming without material removal (chipless forming) according to DIN 82 standards. It is suitable for CNC, automatic, and conventional lathes and allows high speeds and longer tool life due to carbide pins. Its articulated design allows use in both directions (right/left), while the center height is already integrated into the tool.
