ISF-P17
Tensile Clamp for Dynamometers - for Cables
Description
Specifications
Type: Pull clamp for force gauges
Compatibility: For force gages (code ISF-DF, ISF-1DF and ISF-F)
Available versions: Multiple models/codes (ISF-Pxx) with different max load and jaw opening
Dimension units: mm
Description
Pull clamp accessory for use with force gauges during tensile (pull) testing. It is used to grip and pull specimens such as cables or similar parts, enabling force measurement in pull-out/strength tests. Select the appropriate model based on the required jaw opening and the maximum allowable load.

The dynamometers are measuring instruments used to determine the tensile or compressive force applied to a body. Their operation is usually based on the deformation of a spring or the use of electronic load cells (load cells), converting mechanical stress into a measurable unit of force, the Newton (N).
Types: They are classified into analog (spring) for simple applications and digital for high-accuracy measurements with data logging capability.
Applications: Essential for material tensile tests, spring quality control, door closing force measurement, and laboratory physics experiments.
Features: They offer Peak Hold function to retain the maximum value and the ability to switch units between Newton, kilograms (kg) and pounds (lb).
