Description

A profile projector is an optical inspection and measurement instrument that projects a workpiece silhouette onto a Ø300 mm screen for dimensional and geometric checking. It is used to measure profiles, radii, angles, and feature positions on machined parts, cutting tools, dies, and precision components, using X-Y stage movement and Z focus adjustment to obtain a clear projected image.
