The PCE-010 is a handheld refractometer used to determine the % Brix (sucrose or sugar content) of low-concentration translucent liquids such as fruit and vegetable juices and soft drinks. This portable pocket Brix refractometer is specially designed to provide highly accurate readings.
The excellent quality focusing eyepiece provides the image of an easy-to-read scale on a blue and fully transparent clear background. Ambient lighting provides ample illumination for clear reading of results.
