The PCE-0100 is a portable pocket salinity refractometer for salt water, sea water and other salt solutions. It determines salt content as % salinity ppt and as salinity SG (specific gravity), with a double scale so both parameters are read at once.

The smooth focusing eyepiece shows an easy-to-read scale on a semi-transparent blue and fully transparent clear background, readable in normal room lighting. Automatic temperature compensation (ATC) keeps measurements accurate without recalibration when the operating temperature changes. Typical uses: salt water aquariums, reef tanks, ocean fisheries, environmental water quality testing and food processing plants.
