Food pH Meter PCE-228M

The PCE-228M is a very user-friendly pH meter for food. The food pH meter can read the pH value as well as the temperature via the large LCD screen or save them to the SD card (Excel file). Another option is electronic data transmission via RS-232 directly from the food meter to a computer.
Temperature compensation is performed either manually or automatically via the supplied stainless steel temperature sensor. All this allows for a quick and reliable measurement of the pH of all foods, e.g. sausage, meat, and cheese. The food pH meter has a three-point calibration, which is performed automatically and is battery powered (6 x 1.5 V batteries included).
