The PCE-228M is a very easy to use pH meter for food. In the food pH meter, the pH value but also the temperature can be read via the large LCD screen or stored on the SD card (Excel file). Another option is to electronically transmit the data via RS-232 directly from the food meter to a computer.
Temperature compensation is performed either manually or automatically via the supplied stainless steel temperature sensor. All this allows a quick and reliable measurement of the pH of all foods, e.g. sausage, meat and cheese. The food pH meter has three-point calibration, which is performed automatically and is battery powered (6 x 1.5V batteries included).
