The PCE-2900 hardness tester is developed for hardness measurements in metallic materials and measures the hardness of the material according to the Leeb bounce principle in Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell, Leeb and Shore. The PCE-2900 hardness tester has a backlit color display and illuminated keys. In addition, it has an internal memory of 6 x 100 sets which facilitates their further processing. Thanks to the software and via USB and WiFi, the measured values can be easily transferred to a computer. The hardness detector is powered by 1.5V AA batteries with a lifespan of approximately 50 hours.
