PCE-GM 55 gloss meter

The PCE-GM 55 gloss meter with measuring angles of 20°, 45° and 75° makes this meter ideal for high and medium gloss measurement applications. The special measuring angle of 75° enables, among other things, gloss measurements on paper and textiles. The gloss meter is based on ASTM, DIN and EN ISO standards. The measuring range is from 0 ... 200 GU.
The measurement of the gloss level is obtained based on the reflection of light on the surface to be measured. The gloss level is continuously measured and simultaneously displayed on the meter's LC display. Via the SCI, the measured values can be transferred to a computer. The meter is powered by a rechargeable Li-Ion battery which is charged with a 5 V voltage charger.
