The PCE-IT413 is a portable insulation meter with a 6-digit LCD. It tests insulation resistance at 500 V, 1000 V, 2500 V and 5000 V DC, measuring up to 300 GΩ with 0.1 GΩ resolution and ±5% accuracy.

The meter is microprocessor-controlled and has built-in alarms. Internal protection prevents measuring errors caused by leakage current. It is built for technical service work and difficult measuring conditions. Measurements follow VDE 0413 part 1, and each unit is factory calibrated.
