Motion analysis of rotating machines is quick and easy with our tachometer. The tachometer is equipped with 3 high-power LEDs, collectively producing a light intensity of 11,730 Lux at 20 cm / 1000 Hz. With the tachometer, you can precisely adjust the flash frequency in both FPM and Hz. Additionally, it is compact, portable, and operates independently thanks to the built-in battery. 

The intuitive operation of the rotation counter is facilitated by 10 buttons, allowing quick adjustments. The phase shift enables a variable displacement of the observation point. The pulse width controls the duration and, consequently, the intensity of the flash frequency. In the settings menu, you can select the screen brightness and set the display to turn off after a period of inactivity, extending battery life. The rotation counter comes with a USB-C charging cable in a carrying case.

The rotation counter is an essential tool for monitoring and inspecting production facilities, such as in the printing and textile industries. It is also useful for general maintenance and inspection tasks across all industrial sectors. The rotation counter also allows for non-contact measurement of speed and vibrations: If the flash frequency of the rotation counter matches the movement frequency, the observed object appears stationary.

Stroboscopes

Stroboscopes stroboscopes are measuring and inspection instruments that use intense, periodic flashes of light to make rapidly moving objects appear stationary or in slow motion. They are based on the phenomenon of persistence of vision, allowing the inspection of machinery in operation without interrupting the production process.
