The PCE-PH20M is a handheld pH meter for direct pH measurement in meat and other foods. It works with an external pH electrode on a 1 m cable, so the probe is pushed straight into the product. The LCD keeps the pH value easy to read, and the rugged IP67 waterproof housing suits wet or dirty conditions.
Calibration is automatic at pH 4, pH 7 and pH 10 from the keypad, with no calibration screws. Matching solutions are available: PCE-PH47-250 and PCE-PH47-500 calibration solutions (pH 4.00 and pH 7.00), PCE SSO 500 storage solution and HI 7073L pepsin-based cleaning solution.
