The PCE-RVI 8 is a viscometer for measuring the viscosity of paints, oils and other liquids. It measures 27 ... 5250 cP and 40.2 ... 141 KU, and also reads in g. Accuracy is ±1% of the measuring range. Typical uses are quality control in production and laboratory work.
The 5" LCD touchscreen shows readings during the measurement, plus a graph of the viscosity curve. An external temperature sensor checks the sample temperature. This keeps results comparable, as temperature affects viscosity. The optional software connects the meter to a PC. It shows live readings in a table and graph and exports data as a .csv file.
