The PCE-TDS 75 is an ultrasonic flow meter for fixed installation. It measures the flow rate of liquids in pipes with diameters of 25 ... 1200 mm (1 in ... 47.2 in). The clamp-on sensors mount directly on the pipe, so it does not need cutting and the meter can be fitted while the line is running. Accuracy is 1 % of reading.

The flow rate can be output as a 4 ... 20 mA analogue signal, and any other measured value via the pulse output (OCT). Measured values are also available over the Modbus interfaces RS232 and RS485, so the meter feeds the process control system directly.

Ultrasonic Flow Meters

The ultrasonic flow meters are advanced measuring instruments that calculate liquid flow rate without coming into direct contact with the medium. They use high-frequency sound waves to determine flow velocity, providing a non-invasive solution that does not cause pressure drop or wear in the piping system.
