Description
Type K thermocouple with glass fiber insulation, resistant to high temperatures as well as to acids and alkalis. It covers a range from -40°C to 480°C, considerably higher than the equivalent Teflon-insulated thermocouples.
The small-diameter exposed solder joints allow installation in narrow spaces and a very fast response to temperature changes. Available in three wire gauges: the thinner the wire, the lower the thermal mass and the faster the response.
The series is also available in J, T and E types on request, and with other connection methods (pin, terminal or bare wire).
