The TF-119 is a Type K screw-in temperature probe with a T-handle. It is designed for solid and frozen materials, where the tip is screwed into the product to reach the core temperature.

The probe measures up to 200 °C / 392 °F with an accuracy of ± 1.5 °C. The stainless probe is Ø 6.0 mm in diameter and 130 mm long. The 1 m cable is removable, so the sensor can be replaced or swapped on a K-type meter.
