The PCE-VM 22 is a vibration meter that measures acceleration from 0 ... 200 m/s², plus vibration velocity, displacement and frequency. It also performs an ISO 18016-3 measurement. An FFT view is shown during measurement, and one button switches to the waveform. The sensor's magnetic holder fits curved surfaces with a radius down to 20 mm / 0.78".
An external infrared sensor measures surface temperature from -70 ... 380 °C. Contactless speed measurement checks the RPM of ventilation systems, for example. Data is stored on 4 GB of memory and transferred to a PC via Micro USB. Free analysis software is available. The battery lasts 8 hours. Typical uses include maintenance of generators and engines. An ISO certificate is optional.
