The PCE-DMS 200 is a GSM paper basis weight scale. It determines the basis weight of paper, cardboard, fabric and textiles directly in g, g/m², oz or oz/yd². The unit is changed with one button. The range is 200 g with 0.01 g resolution, or 20000 g/m² with 1 g/m² resolution.

Paper and textile producers use it for quality control on 11 cm round cut samples, which fit the 10 cm round pan. An 11 cm circle sample cutter is available as an accessory.
