The PCE-VM 5000 4-channel vibration meter is specially designed for accurate vibration measurements. Despite the fact that it is a complex and sensitive device, its robust design ensures its reliable operation and use for many years. In a frequency range from 10 Hz to 1 KHz, the meter measures the velocity, acceleration and displacement of vibrations through 4 channels. Measurements are displayed on the large, illuminated LCD screen and then recorded and stored on an SD memory card, where the user can choose between automatic and manual storage. Via the SD memory card the data can then be transferred to a computer for further analysis in an excel file. In addition, the user can choose the desired units of measurement: for acceleration, m/s², g and ft/s², for speed, mm/s, cm/s and in/s, and finally for the displacement mm and inches can be selected.
