View full detailsProfile projectors are optical measuring instruments used to inspect dimensions and geometric features (edges, radii, angles, threads) by projecting a magnified silhouette of a part onto a screen. They enable fast comparison against templates or CAD data in quality control and production.
Available as benchtop or floor models, with different magnifications, screen diameters and stage travels, transmitted/reflected illumination, digital readouts and X-Y measurement capability. Options from Insize for consistent, repeatable inspection.
Well suited for machine shops, toolmaking and precision manufacturing where non-contact measurement of delicate or very small features is required.
