Inserts SC--12

SC--12 inserts are consumable positive 90° lathe inserts (SCGT/SCMT 12 mm) used for external/internal turning, finishing and general machining. Their geometry supports stable cutting and consistent surface quality across a wide range of materials.

Available with multiple chipbreakers and carbide grades with different coatings to control chip formation/evacuation and optimize tool life. Options from Yg cover different feed rates, depths of cut and coolant conditions.

Suitable for job shops and production; select chipbreaker and grade based on the workpiece material (steel, stainless, cast iron, non-ferrous) and the required finish.
